Permanent Range (Currently-Available products):
Products from our permanent range (Classic Collection) indicated as available at the time of order will be dispatched within 2 business days.
Permanent Range (Pre-Order products):
Products from our permanent range (Classic Collection) with Pre-Order notice are not available at the time of order. Such products will be produced upon request and dispatched within a period of 4 to 6 calendar weeks, starting from the date of order confirmation.
Made-to-order products (Custom Order) are produced according to requested specifications, and such products are dispatched within a period of 6 to 8 calendar weeks, starting from the date of order confirmation.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
We will notify you with a Shipment Confirmation e-mail once your order has been dispatched.
All orders are shipped using DHL Express service and will require a recipient's signature upon delivery.
Estimated delivery timelines commence from the dispatch date and will depend on the country of delivery.

UK: 1 to 2 business days.
Europe: 2 to 3 business days.
North America: 3 to 4 business days.
South America: 3 to 4 business days.
Russia: 3 to 4 business days.
Middle East: 4 to 5 business days.
Africa: 5 to 6 business days.
Asia: 5 to 6 business days.
Australia: 6 to 7 working days.
One your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with Shipment Confirmation containing a tracking number and link to the carrier website. By following the link and entering the tracking number into the relevant field you can track the real-time, detailed progress of your shipment.
Alternatively, you can track the status of your order by logging into your Account.
DUTIES AND TAXES
Prices for all products indicated on the website are exclusive of delivery duties and taxes.
In cases when your order is not shipped domestically, within the United Kingdom, or within the European customs union, you are liable to pay any inbound duties and taxes, which your local customs authority deems appropriate.
For all relevant duties and taxes to be included to the order total, please request for Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) shipping.
Every product will be supplied with a white velvet dust bag and brand's signature packaging, white textured box with rose gold shoulder trim, wrapped in a white grosgrain ribbon.
Each box will have an embedded plate carrying the same identification number or personalised information as the product it is assigned to.
Everything is delivered in discreet and secure outer packaging.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Should you wish to return the product for refund or exchange, you need to notify us within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery.
To proceed with return please contact us in writing to email@example.com to arrange collection of the product by our courier.
Product must be in its original packaging, in new and unused condition, with all its original tags and labels attached with disposable seal.
Once we receive the returned product in original condition, according to your request we will either reimburse the total paid, minus original shipping cost, or exchange the product.
We will process the refund within seven (7) business days to the card used for original payment.
We only accept returns for products from our permanent range, including pre-order products.
Custom-order products and products from our permanent range that have been personalised will not be accepted for returns or exchanges, unless the product is proved to be subject to lack of conformity or to our manufacture guarantee.
