We specialise in producing made-to-order products according to requested specifications. Therefore the number of products available for immediate purchase is limited.
Our permanent range ("Classic Collection") is dedicated to products executed in classic materials and colours.
Products not available at the time of order will be supplied on a Pre-order basis.

Available Products - Products from our permanent range are available for instant purchase with 48 hours dispatch, unless stated for Pre-order.

Pre-Order Products - In case a product from our permanent range becomes unavailable for instant purchase, such a product can still be ordered to be produced and dispatched within a period of 4-6 weeks.
Full upfront payment for all pre-order products will be required.
Only products that repeat the exact specifications used in our permanent range can qualify as Pre-order.
In cases where requested specifications differ from the ones used in our permanent range, such products can only be supplied on a Custom-Order basis.
As products will be produced specifically for you, such products will therefore include options of personalisation.

Personalised Products - By default every product is assigned with a unique identification number, plate with such information integrated into the interior of the product during the production process.
Personalisation in the form of text or image can be inserted instead of an identification number or in addition to it.
Text personalisation includes name, date or other requester message.
Image personalisation may be in forms of monogram, coat of arms, family crests and symbols or signs of any kind.
As personalisation can only be applied during the production process, products from our permanent range that require personalisation can be only supplied on a Pre-order basis.

Creating an account on our website enables access to certain services and features, such as adding items to your Wish List, viewing or editing your details, viewing order history and tracking the progress of your order.
To register and open an account on our website, please follow the registration procedure on My Account page.
If you have started the checkout as a guest, you will be given the option of creating an account upon completion of the checkout procedure.

Payments for products from our permanent range, including pre-order products, can be submitted a) through the website checkout, in certain cases, or b) by using the electronic invoice provided.

Prices for all products indicated on the website are exclusive of delivery duties and taxes, therefore such charges will not be included into the order total during the website checkout.
For delivery duties and taxes to be included into the order total, please request for Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) shipping. PayPal supported electronic invoice will be provided with all relevant delivery and custom charges added and shown as a separate line.

a) Website Checkout

Website checkout procedure:

Our checkout uses 128-bit encryption to keep your details safe.
You can complete checkout as a guest or by logging into your Account. 
There will be an option to create an account on our website at the end of the checkout process.

- Chosen products can be added into the shopping cart by clicking 'Order' button.
- This will take you to the shopping cart where you can choose one of the following options: Continue Shopping or Go To Checkout.
- Go to checkout to begin the process of completing your order. Shopping cart will display product title and price.
- By clicking Checkout Securely you will be taken to the first stage where you will be required to add your e-mail address, or to log in if you already have an account.
- You will then be required to fill in your delivery details and billing address if different. Once you have completed this step, click 'Order Summary'.
- Order Summary page will show order information, delivery information and payment options prior to proceeding to payment options.
- Click on 'Payment' button to proceed to payment page.

Website checkout payment methods include debit, credit or charge cards or payments via PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Amazon Pay:

- Payment by credit or debit card.
When paying with debit or credit card you will be referred to WorldPay payment page to have card payments processed and authorised securely in line with PCI DSS compliance, and then you will be redirected to the Order Complete page of our website.
We accept the following credit, debit and charge cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB and American Express.

- Payment with PayPal
To use this option you will be required to be registered with PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you will be prompted to create one.
With PayPal chosen as a payment option you will be automatically redirected to PayPal website to log in or to register. Once payment has been authorised you will be redirected to the Order Complete page of our website.

b) Electronic Invoices 

PayPal supported electronic invoices will be provided as a part of Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) service.
DDP invoice will have all relevant delivery duties and taxes included into the order total, shown as a separate line.

Electronic invoice checkout procedure:

- Once all order details and final total are confirmed you will receive an e-mail with an electronic invoice and embedded PayPal checkout link.
- By clicking PayPal checkout button you will be redirected to the PayPal page where you can choose from one of the following payment types supported by PayPal: credit and debit cards, bank transfers of PayPal payments.
This payment option will not require you to be registered with PayPal if you choose to pay with debit or credit cards. You will be required to have a PayPal account only if you choose PayPal as your payment gateway.

After you have submitted your order, you will receive an e-mail with an Order Processing Receipt confirming that you order has been received and is being processed.
In case of requested personalisation service we will contact you for more details, if required.

Charges to your credit card or other means of selected payment will take place only when we confirm the order acceptance by sending you the Order Confirmation e-mail, with the following documents attached:

Electronic Acknowledgement of Receipt will confirm:
- order number;
- amount paid;
- payment method;
- payment date and time;
- billing address;

Order Confirmation will include:
- order number;
- order summary;
- order total;
- product visual;
- details of personalisation, if any;
- estimated dispatch and delivery dates;
- delivery details;
- order total;

In cases when PayPal is used as a payment gateway you will also receive a payment confirmation e-mail generated by PayPal. 


We offer complimentary worldwide shipping.
All orders are shipped using DHL Express service and will require a recipient's signature upon delivery. 

Please note, prices indicated on the website are exclusive of delivery duties and taxes if such are applicable.
Upon request we can provide a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) invoice with all relevant local taxes and duties included in the order total and indicated as a separate line.

Estimated delivery timelines commence from the dispatch date and will depend on the country of delivery.

Products from our permanent range indicated as available at the time of order will be dispatched within two business days.

               Estimated shipping / dispatch times: 2 business days (48 hours)
               Estimated delivery times: 1 to 7 business days, depending on country of delivery.

Pre-order Products
Products from our permanent range indicated with Pre-order notice are not available for immediate dispatch. Dispatch time for pre-order products is within four to six calendar weeks from the date of e-mail receipt of your order confirmation.
We will inform you when your product is produced and ready for dispatch.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the Shipment Confirmation e-mail containing shipment tracking number and link to the carrier website.
Alternatively, you can track the status of your order by logging into your Account.

               Estimated shipping / dispatch times: 4 to 6 calendar weeks.
               Estimated delivery times: 1 to 7 business days, depending on country of delivery.

Products from our permanent range, regardless of whether such products were available at the time of purchase or were pre-ordered and specifically produced for you, can be returned for refund within 14 days of delivery date.
This does not include products that were personalised with customer name, initials or with any other customised information.

Please let us know about your intention to return the product, quoting the order number.
a) If you are exercising your right to withdraw, products must be returned to us within 14 days of giving the withdrawal notice. 
Products must be in unused condition, in original packaging with all original tags and labels attached.
We will arrange collection of the product. The refundable total will be calculated with deduction of original shipping cost and applicable taxes.
b) If there is a problem with your product, we will collect it and cover return shipping costs.

Once a product is received by us and its condition is compliant with our return policy, the refund will be authorised and issued within 7 days to the original payment source.
